What I'm looking for
I’m a talent strategy leader with 10+ years building and scaling GTM, recruiting infrastructure, and cross-functional teams in venture-backed, high-growth, and brand-led environments. I partner with founders and senior leadership to define hiring strategy and execute searches that improve hiring quality, speed, and business impact.
I founded The People Studio to deliver retained and executive search across GTM, operations, people, and leadership functions—supporting 0→1 recruiting infrastructure for startups and high-growth companies. I design role structure, hiring prioritization, workforce planning, and scalable interview frameworks (scorecards, process, and hiring systems) so teams make faster, higher-signal decisions.
Earlier, as Director, Talent & People Operations (Founding GTM) at Ramble, I built the recruiting and people operations function from the ground up—creating the systems, processes, and infrastructure to support organizational growth. I also led employer branding and strategic partnerships, and translated brand/team needs into end-to-end office design and buildout to strengthen day-to-day employee experience.
Recently, I’ve partnered with senior leadership at Friedman Vartolo LLP to drive client growth operations, including CRM infrastructure and workflow automation in Monday.com with AI-enabled tools. Across my work—from consulting and enterprise transformation to early-stage buildouts—I keep a systems-oriented, metrics-backed approach to talent, workflow operations, and workforce planning.
