I seek a leadership role where I can scale recruiting operations, influence culture, reduce hiring costs, and mentor teams in a growth-oriented organization.

I am a senior talent acquisition leader with deep experience building and scaling recruiting functions across live events, entertainment, startups, and technology. I lead high-performing teams, deliver large volumes of hires, and design hiring strategies that align talent with business goals.

At AEG Presents I built hiring strategy across 10+ U.S. markets, led a team of six recruiters, delivered 250+ hires per year, cut time-to-fill from 90 to 45 days, and saved $3.3M by filling roles without external agencies. Previously I established statewide recruiting operations at Brilliant Corners, delivering 245+ hires, saving $1.4M, and implementing ATS and analytics to forecast hiring needs.

I advise founders and VCs on culture, founder alignment, and leadership scalability through my consultancy, teach talent management at Graziadio Business School, and publish thought leadership on culture and hiring. I bring practical experience in executive recruiting, high-volume hiring, employer branding, and talent analytics.
