I am a senior talent acquisition leader with deep experience building and scaling recruiting functions across live events, entertainment, startups, and technology. I lead high-performing teams, deliver large volumes of hires, and design hiring strategies that align talent with business goals.
At AEG Presents I built hiring strategy across 10+ U.S. markets, led a team of six recruiters, delivered 250+ hires per year, cut time-to-fill from 90 to 45 days, and saved $3.3M by filling roles without external agencies.
