I’m looking for a role where I can blend hands‑on tech problem‑solving with meaningful customer interaction.
In short, I want a customer‑centric tech environment where I can keep learning, contribute to a positive culture, and own projects that make a visible difference.

I'm Joy, a dedicated IT professional passionate about solving problems, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and making technology more accessible. With a diploma in Information Technology and certifications in customer service, I bring a well-rounded background that spans technical support, web development, and project coordination.

I began my career as an intern IT specialist, where I gained practical experience in troubleshooting and supporting end-users. I later advanced into a technical support role, helping clients resolve complex connectivity issues while also honing my communication and customer service skills. My customer-first mindset and ability to explain technical solutions in a simple, helpful way set me apart early on.

Alongside this, I underwent internship training in website development, expanding my skill set into front-end technologies and gaining a foundational understanding of user experience and web design. My versatility allowed me to take on leadership roles in retail-based tech projects, where I managed operations, guided team members, and ensured successful technology deployments.

One of my proudest achievements is being recognised as the Most Disciplined Employee in my company, a reflection of my reliability, work ethic, and integrity. I’m also certified in customer service through LinkedIn Learning, and I’m constantly exploring new tools and technologies to grow further in the tech industry.

As a woman in tech, I’m passionate about representation and inclusivity, and I aim to inspire others by showing that dedication, learning, and teamwork can break through any barrier. I’m currently seeking roles that allow me to leverage both my technical and people skills, whether in support engineering, project coordination, or web development.

When I'm not working, I'm actively learning, collaborating with peers, and investing in personal development programs and boot camps to stay current in this fast-evolving industry.
