I’m a service engineer with a “player with ownership mentality” mindset, focused on detail and strong communication in IT technology. I enjoy collaborating with teams and performing reliably while keeping systems running smoothly.

In my experience, I’ve worked on project-based maintenance for “computer application and hardware networking” for clients including “STATE BANK OF INDIA” (Eastern Technology Group, 2018 - 2020). I’m currently supporting similar maintenance work at HUE SERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED (2021 - till date), staying consistent with troubleshooting and upkeep responsibilities.

My technical strengths include computer hardware and printer maintenance, computer networking maintenance, and software maintenance. I work across operating systems (XP, Win 7, Win 10, Win 11) and support MS-Office plus video-conference configuration, with LAN networking to help ensure connectivity and day-to-day functionality.
