What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a BPO customer service or live-chat support role where I can apply my customer-facing, online communication, and operational coordination skills.

At Shells Attic, I respond to customer enquiries across in-store and online channels, provide product guidance, and support issue resolution. I also manage Instagram and TikTok engagement, responding to comments and enquiries.

I coordinate customer service, order fulfillment, and store workflows, including tracking 20–30 weekly deliveries that contribute to a 99% on-time fulfillment rate. I also create content ideas and schedule posts; since August, Instagram grew from 16,000 to 18,000 followers and TikTok from under 2,000 to approximately 2,500.

Previously, I supported customer enquiries and order handling at Deevas Fashion House, where I helped fulfill more than 100 weekly orders. I’m seeking a BPO customer service or live-chat support role where I can apply my customer-facing, online communication, and operational coordination experience.
