Joyce Lopepe

I am currently a travel agent at Pentravel, where I handle customer queries and complaints, provide advice on visas and passports, and manage budgets for holiday packages and insurance. My role requires a keen understanding of client needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience.

In addition to my work as a travel agent, I also serve as a Project Manager and Event Planner for In Her Honour. Here, I collaborate closely with clients to set clear objectives for events, expertly managing all details from venue selection to catering. My experience in retail management has further honed my skills in team leadership and problem-solving, allowing me to effectively train and develop sales teams while maintaining a vibrant company culture.
