I seek roles where I lead global talent acquisition, strengthen hiring systems, drive DEIB hiring, build pipelines and partner with senior leaders to scale organizational impact.

I am a seasoned global talent acquisition and mobility consultant with over 12 years leading executive and end-to-end recruitment across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Americas and the Middle East. I specialize in C‑suite and senior leadership hiring, diversity recruitment, skills mapping and workforce planning, and employer value proposition work.

I have led recruitment and talent projects for international organisations and donors, hiring 30+ senior leaders and supporting major proposals and tender staffing for donors including SDC, SIDA, EU/ECHO, USAID and FCDO. My roles have included designing talent management curricula, building targeted talent pools (including female executive pipelines), and implementing process improvements and recruitment metrics.

I am skilled at partnering with senior leadership and People teams to embed hiring strategy, improve time-to-hire and candidate experience, and deploy technology and data to inform workforce decisions. I bring a practical, consultative approach to strengthening hiring systems and building recruiting team capacity.
