What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a remote Customer Service Support role where I can use medical interpreting, cross-cultural communication, and CRM skills to deliver empathetic, efficient support and grow professionally.

I am a multilingual customer service professional with a Master’s degree in Sport and Physical Education and a specialization in Kinesiotherapy.

I bring hands-on healthcare experience as a Nurse Technician and clinical support, plus fitness and wellness coaching as a Personal Trainer; I also worked as cabin crew at Emirates (2016–2023), serving passengers from over 130 nationalities and delivering high-quality customer care in fast-paced environments.

Since December 2023 I have provided remote medical interpretation under HIPAA standards, and I am proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; I seek a remote Customer Service Support role where I can apply empathy, conflict resolution and cross-cultural communication to improve customer outcomes.
