I’m looking to grow in customer support where I can own end-to-end resolutions across voice/chat/email, investigate systemic issues, and use tools like Amazon Seller Central to improve customer and seller outcomes with strong CSAT.

I’m an experienced customer support professional with 2.5 years of expertise in omnichannel support (Voice, Chat, and Email). I specialize in Amazon Seller Partner Support and Andon Cord investigations, consistently delivering high-quality resolutions while maintaining superior CSAT scores.

In my most recent role, I served as a Customer Service Associate (Omnichannel) at Foundever (Sept 2025 – Jan 2026), providing end-to-end resolutions across voice, chat, and email in a fast-paced environment. I collaborated with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while following strict compliance and quality norms.

Earlier, I worked as an Amazon Customer Service Andon Cord Investigator (May 2025 – July 2025), investigating systemic product issues through the Andon Cord protocol and using customer review insights for data-driven improvements. At Sutherland (Sept 2023 – Aug 2024), I supported international sellers as a primary point of contact, mastering internal Amazon tools to resolve complex account and technical issues with empathetic, accurate, and timely outcomes.
