I'm looking to lead data-driven, inclusive talent acquisition for global or high-growth teams, partnering with business and technical stakeholders on strategic workforce planning, technical hiring, employer branding, and scalable recruitment operations.

At Google via Randstad, I led high-volume campus, industry, and technical hiring across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas for Cloud Services, Search, Ads, Finance, Sales, Strategy, Software Engineering, and Hardware Development.

I've managed full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and screening through offer management and onboarding, using Ghire, LinkedIn Recruiter, Power BI, funnel metrics, talent mapping, and market intelligence to improve hiring outcomes. At Hyring Inc, I was recognized as Overall Best Performer for exceeding closure rates, offer acceptance, and time-to-hire benchmarks.
