I’m an Assistant General Manager (AGM) focused on running daily operations smoothly while building strong teams. I provide guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow, clear communication, and consistent service under real-world pressure.

In my AGM role, I implemented new training programs that helped improve productivity and customer satisfaction. I worked closely with department heads to plan and execute strategies for achieving company goals, while monitoring financial performance and implementing cost-saving measures to reduce expenses.

I stay hands-on with the details that protect standards—leading weekly meetings, resolving customer complaints or escalating issues promptly, and conducting regular facilities inspections for safety and cleanliness compliance. I also analyzed sales data and market trends to find growth opportunities, created employee schedules based on projected demand, and implemented quality control procedures across departments.

Before moving into management, I brought a strong maintenance and service foundation through hands-on work as a Painter/Laborer and as a Server/Bartender. I handled everything from plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall repair, and painting to POS accuracy, cash handling, guest services, and food safety—experiences that sharpen my operational mindset and customer-first approach.
