What I'm looking for

I’m available for remote international contract work and have worked remotely for US clients since 2023; I don’t need sponsorship.

At Crehana, I shipped end-to-end features for an international university education platform, including an AI course recommender students use daily. I built it as a RAG pipeline with GPT, embeddings, and Azure AI Search, alongside online payments and live-class integrations.

I also designed and operated an AI-assisted development pipeline on the production codebase, with strict guardrails, NUnit-driven TDD, and automated verification. Reproducible queries on merged pull requests measured a 1.8x increase in weekly delivery throughput.

At Qhanati, I led the reporting and database module for Tax-Forms, automating official IRS form generation and optimizing SQL Server stored procedures. I also directed Nad-Forms, an Angular and .NET drag-and-drop form designer that replaced paid third-party services.

Earlier, at BinariDev, I built and led delivery of an inventory and credit management system with QR payments. I now teach Software Architecture and Internet Technologies part-time at Universidad Adventista de Bolivia, where the first course had a 100% pass rate.
