At NiCE (CXone), I built and maintained backend services and REST APIs in C#/.NET and Go, with Docker on AWS. I also developed Angular and React features across the stack.

I led the team's adoption of AI-assisted development, writing internal guidelines, documentation, and tutorials for GitHub Copilot, Codex, and agentic workflows, and training teammates to use them.

At Kiitos Technologies, I built features for an internal people-data application across a C#/ASP.NET Core backend, React front end, and SQL Server database.

I teach low-level programming at UMSS and Python at Cisco Networking Academy. I've also given 30+ conference talks, including at PyCon US and EuroPython.
