What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own OS/VM administration, Azure storage operations, and application packaging automation—using clear communication and deep troubleshooting to improve reliability, performance, and deployment outcomes.

I’m a focus, organized, and responsible OS and VM systems administrator with strong interpersonal skills and a drive to learn fast. I work comfortably under pressure, take the lead when needed, and bring a troubleshooting mindset to complex environments.

Most recently, I’ve supported Azure IaaS storage as a Storage Support Engineer, strengthening cloud infrastructure reliability through hands-on technical support. I’m focused on system performance, problem-solving, and practical operations across cloud services.

Before that, I managed Linux and Windows administration work for SAP Build at Kyndryl and previously served as a Linux/Windows system administrator at Kyndryl and IBM. My background spans Red Hat Enterprise Linux, SUSE Linux Enterprise Server, CentOS, server administration, and day-to-day operational ownership.

I also bring deep application packaging expertise from IBM, including being a Software Packager Specialist (SME). I’ve created scripts and sequence virtual applications to deploy software via SCCM, using PowerShell, Windows scripting, Microsoft App-V, and Regedit customization.
