At CohesionX, I lead product design across a multi-product AI platform, setting roadmap priorities with the CEO and connecting customers, PMs, support engineers, and developers. I built Forge, a production design system, and designed VectorMind’s Agent Builder, Studio, and Chat experiences.
I also shipped Lens, the delivery dashboard used daily by PM and support teams, plus Dispatch, an agent that routes messages into correctly assigned tickets. For a large South African law firm, I designed Atlas, an AI document search and assistant experience operating across roughly 50 million documents.
Previously, I led design across Old Mutual’s new digital bank, where I introduced UX workflows adopted by the full team within three months and mentored eight designers across six-plus squads. I designed banking frameworks, accessibility improvements, onboarding experiences, and engagement-focused financial data tools.
I turn complex AI, IoT, banking, and enterprise platforms into interfaces people can use. I work hands-on in Figma, HTML, React, and TypeScript, shipping production frontend so handover is code rather than a spec.
