At Standard Bank, Corporate and Investment Banking, I lead the delivery, governance, and adoption of an enterprise design system across multiple teams. I work with design, development, and product teams to improve delivery consistency and reduce design-to-development friction.
I facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to increase adoption, and support designers and developers as they implement scalable UI components and patterns. I also collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to turn business requirements into usable interfaces.
At FDM Group, I collaborated with developers, business analysts, and product owners on usable interfaces, and worked with frontend developers to translate layouts accurately into CSS. I built and maintained a reusable Figma component library.
Earlier, as a CIB IT Learner at Standard Bank, Corporate & Investment Banking, I assisted with UI development and prototype design for internal banking systems. I also built and maintained reusable Figma component libraries and executed a proof of concept using InVision DSM to validate design-to-code implementation in React.
