What I'm looking for

Joshua is looking for a job in the education field, starting in late June/early July. Joshua is also open to working in a political role, as a content creator, as a social media manager, or something history related.

As his partner is a teacher with regularly scheduled breaks throughout the year, Joshua is looking for a position schedule of M-F with some vacation time available.

Joshua is currently a Social Emotional Interventionist at a K-8 school in VT. Prior to this position, he was a 5th grade ELA and Social Studies teacher working under a VT provisional teaching license. Before entering his own classroom, Joshua was a licensed NH paraeducator for several years. Right now, his time as a Social Emotional Interventionist will be coming to an end in June as the position was cut after the passing of next year's school budget.

Joshua holds two Bachelor’s degrees from Southern New Hampshire University. His first degree, earned on campus from 2010-2014, is in Communication. His second, earned online from 2018-2020, is in History with a concentration in American History with a minor in Political Science.

Joshua is open to working in a variety of different fields including education, social media management, mental health activism, LGBTQ+ activism, political science, nonfiction writing, or even a combination of any of those fields! On top of the educational work experience mentioned above, Joshua has experience working and volunteering as a baseball coach, working and volunteering for political campaigns (including his own successful campaign for local school board,) volunteer mass email campaign design and distribution, working summer school for many years, working summer camps and preschool, gig work (Instacart,) volunteer activism, Twitch streaming, and freelance writing for a print/digital magazine.

If any of this experience is something you're looking for, Joshua is open to speaking about any jobs you may have to offer! He is looking to start work in late June/early July!
