What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role that allows me to further develop my skills in education and support diverse student populations, while fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.

I am a passionate educator with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Education from Warren Wilson College. My journey in education has been marked by a commitment to fostering individual growth and supporting diverse learning needs. Currently, I serve as an Assistant Teacher at Gathering Waters Charter School, where I maintain individual student IEPs and facilitate tailored learning sessions in math and language arts.

Previously, I worked as a Behavior Support & Intervention Specialist at Dummerston School, where I developed behavior support plans for students requiring additional guidance. My experience as a Residential Counselor at Unity House allowed me to implement direct care for LGBTQ identifying youth, focusing on their unique needs and promoting independent living skills. I have also led workshops at Green Mountain Camp, emphasizing confidence building and leadership skills, which reflects my dedication to empowering young individuals.
