What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use data-driven IEP planning, strong family collaboration, and positive behavior supports to help students thrive, while partnering across teams to continuously improve outcomes.

I’m a Special Education Teacher with a Minnesota Tier 3 Teaching License and a focus on academic and behavioral strategy for K-12 students. I manage a caseload of students with disabilities, providing individualized academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support through ongoing monitoring and regular family communication.

I develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) by collaborating with students, families, school psychologists, social workers, and multidisciplinary teams to establish goals and coordinate services. Using academic, behavioral, and functional data, I conduct ongoing assessments to identify needs, monitor progress, and adjust intervention plans.

Beyond the classroom, I’ve led inclusive educational programming as a Humane Educator, coordinating initiatives for 10,000+ participants annually and training staff to deliver participant-centered workshops. I also bring experience from developmental service support, helping individuals build independence through individualized service plans, coordinated care, and accurate documentation.
