Alina Khasanova

I’m an enthusiastic, bilingual educator with experience supporting student development across early childhood and after-school settings. I bring a strength in differentiated instruction, lesson planning, classroom management, and parent communication, with a genuine passion for creating engaging, inclusive learning experiences.

In my current role as a Teacher's Assistant, I assist lead teachers with instructional materials and age-appropriate classroom activities, while providing individualized attention to support diverse learning needs. I help manage classroom behavior and foster a positive, structured environment, coordinating with educators to implement adaptive teaching strategies for students with special needs. I also observe and document students’ social, emotional, motor, and intellectual development to ensure growth is supported consistently.

Alongside that, I’ve worked as an Educator where I built strong relationships with parents through regular communication and collaborated with colleagues to develop and revise curriculum. I’ve implemented classroom management techniques that promote a positive, inclusive environment and monitored individual progress, adjusting instruction to meet varying needs. With my Child Development Associate (CDA) Certification and Food Handler Certification, I’m excited to apply my communication skills and educational background to online content writing in the education and parenting space.
