I have delivered complex casework—including emergency accommodation arrangements, mediation with landlords, and tailored housing plans—working closely with local authorities, charities and travel partners to secure safe, sustainable outcomes.

My practice is driven by strong safeguarding, equality and confidentiality principles, underpinned by training from the FCDO and Civil Service Learning. I excel at needs assessments, negotiation, case management and multi‑agency coordination, and I consistently prioritise early intervention to prevent homelessness and preserve tenancies.
