What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with autism.

I am a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with extensive experience providing ethical care to patients on the autism spectrum. My journey in this field has allowed me to develop a strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques, including Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET). I pride myself on my ability to collect data meticulously and work collaboratively with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to ensure the best outcomes for my clients.

In addition to my hands-on experience, I have held leadership roles, such as Treasurer and President of the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) in Georgia, where I honed my communication and teamwork skills. My background in customer service, particularly as a Sales Associate Lead at Dollar General, has equipped me with the interpersonal skills necessary to resolve problems effectively and maintain a positive environment for both clients and team members.
