@calebpinion
Compassionate behavior therapist dedicated to empowering individuals with special needs.
What I'm looking for
I am a dedicated behavior therapist with extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, working with children and young adults with special needs. My journey began at the Bill and Virginia Leffen Center for Autism, where I implemented ABA techniques to help my clients develop essential life skills and independence. I pride myself on my patience and ability to de-escalate challenging situations, ensuring a supportive environment for both clients and their families.
Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in charting progress and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide the best possible care. My background as a former licensed ASL interpreter has further enriched my ability to communicate effectively with clients who are Deaf or hard of hearing. I am passionate about fostering growth and independence in my clients, and I continuously seek opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills in the field of special education and therapy.
