I am a dedicated and adaptable individual with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, concentrating in Neuroscience. My journey in the field of psychology has been marked by a commitment to continuous learning and a passion for making a meaningful impact. Currently, I am working as a Registered Behavior Technician at Action Behavior Centers, where I implement behavior plans and ABA therapy techniques for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). My focus is on enhancing their social and communication skills while ensuring behavior regulation.

In addition to my role in psychology, I have developed strong leadership skills through my experience as a Shift Leader at Smoothie King, where I managed team members and ensured the smooth operation of the franchise. My background also includes working as a Crew Member at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, where I honed my interpersonal skills and contributed to improving various aspects of the franchise.
