What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver autism therapy with program fidelity, collect and analyze data, collaborate with a supervising BCBA, and support families while growing in clinical and social work practice.

I provide direct 1:1 early intervention therapy to children with autism and related disorders, with a strong focus on ensuring programs are carried out with fidelity. I collect and analyze data, then notify my supervising BCBA of updates or changes needed based on student progress.

As a Registered Behavioral Therapist — Lead RBT, I delivered direct 1:1 or small group therapy and supported teaching procedures approved by my Supervising BCBA. I also assist in the creation of program plans and materials, provide feedback at team meetings, and help overlaps/support RBTs while participating in new hire training.

Beyond clinical work, I’m grounded in child and family development through my B.S. in Sociology and my pursuit of a Masters of Social Work (to be obtained May 2028). I bring experience coordinating youth programs (Pre-K–5) and office-based communication and event support, and I’m committed to careful, professional, and data-informed care.
