Message

At Globant, I manage software delivery for clients in telecommunications, banking, and education, including Liberty Latam, Citibanamex, and Universidad de las Americas. I direct end-to-end delivery across initiatives such as mobile banking applications, billing systems, and self-service portals.

I’ve also supported account growth and delivery governance at Globant, tracking project performance and managing financial forecasts. I integrated Gemini and Claude into workflows and built custom Gemini Gems to help automate meeting minutes, refine user stories, and generate task lists.

At BMS Colombia S.A.S., I led development of MAPP-OAS, a staff travel expenses and infield mission management system, and a Motorola sales reporting solution implemented across 12 Latin American countries. I also led development of SIGN, an ERP system for MSMEs offered as a SaaS model.

As an independent consultant, I mapped and optimized business processes for clients including Magic Party and CET - Colsubsidio. Earlier, I worked in business controlling at Cencosud S.A. and technical documentation at Avianca, where I launched SIGA for the Engineering and Maintenance division.
