What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver secure, well-tested installations and reliable client support, while using quality-first, data-driven processes to improve outcomes, compliance, and performance in a fast-paced environment.

I’m a security systems engineer and technician with hands-on experience designing and installing integrated security systems, including CCTV, NVR/DVR, access control, motion sensors, and alarms. I assess client site needs, implement solutions aligned to security objectives, and ensure reliable connectivity through clean cable runs and careful terminations. I also provide testing, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and firmware updates, then document everything with technical diagrams and clear installation reports.

Beyond installation, I bring a strong customer- and quality-focused background from roles in customer service, call center supervision, and AI operations such as data annotation and content moderation. I’ve led daily call center operations, coached agents, handled escalated complaints, and supported recruitment and onboarding to maintain service standards. Across moderation and annotation work, I label and verify multi-modal data (images, text, audio, video) against strict guidelines, flag inconsistencies, and collaborate with QA to improve accuracy and compliance.
