I am a dedicated and results-driven Technical Support Engineer with a strong background in IT and security systems. I have a BSc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Technical University of Mombasa, where I gained experience in designing and installing security and IT systems such as intruder alarms, CCTV, intercoms, control room equipment, walkie talkies, telephony, and network infrastructure.
Currently, I am working as a Technical Support Engineer at Paladin Trading Ltd., where I provide high-level technical support by resolving inquiries through phone, email, and HubSpot. I am skilled in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service, ensuring optimal performance and security of systems. I am also proficient in using ticketing systems to manage and process support actions and requests, as well as collaborating with supervisors to address customer inquiries and technical issues.
Throughout my career, I have participated in various projects and internships, gaining hands-on experience in designing electrical panels, installing electrical equipment and lighting systems, and troubleshooting electrical faults. I have also obtained several certifications in data analysis, structured cabling, intruder alarms, CCTV and access control, security systems integration, and network administration.
