I'm looking to build high-quality, user-focused products by leading quality strategy, strengthening automation and CI/CD checks, and collaborating closely with agile, cross-functional teams.

I've led quality strategy for Yum! Brands core platform modules, reducing production issues by 98%+ and helping roll out improved Forecast services to 2,000+ stores. I also lead QA for Mission Control, supporting release readiness through API, database, smoke, sanity, and regression testing.

At Interswitch, I built a Playwright and TypeScript UI automation suite from scratch, reaching 90% coverage across critical flows and integrating checks into CI/CD. I championed quality-first practices that reduced production defects by about 40%.
