Performed post-construction cleaning of residential properties, removing debris and excess dust to prepare homes for final completion.

Cleaned the main entrance and washrooms, and swept and mopped aisles to maintain store cleanliness.

Prepared foods for high-end cuisine dishes and meals, assisted in cooking, and cleaned and prepared ingredients for an extensive daily menu. Worked in a fast-paced, professional team environment while sending out hundreds of meals daily.

Managed inbound customer communications through phone and email, delivering prompt and solution-focused support. Utilized product knowledge to recommend and upsell relevant services and directed inquiries to appropriate departments.

Completed Smart Serve certification, ongoing since November 2018.

Completed Worker Health and Safety Awareness training, ongoing since October 2021.

Completed Breast feeding buddy certification, ongoing since December 2010, helping new moms with breastfeeding and teaching different comfortable ways of nurturing their baby.
