I seek a mission-driven role where I can lead veteran-focused programs, improve processes, mentor teams, and expand employment and certification opportunities.

I am an organized, dependable program management professional with a strong record of leading cross-functional teams and driving project success in veteran-focused services. I bring expertise in strategic planning, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize program outcomes.

In my current role as a VET-TAP Program Manager, I coordinate outreach and job-readiness services for veterans, manage program budgets, conduct program evaluations, and respond to crisis situations in collaboration with local law enforcement. My prior experience includes direct veteran support as a Veterans Programs Specialist and leadership roles in the United States Marine Corps, where I trained and mentored teams and managed ammunition logistics.

I am known for adaptability, problem-solving, and fostering collaboration to achieve results. I seek roles where I can continue to grow programs, improve processes, and expand employment and certification opportunities for veterans.
