I’m a Store Manager focused on delivering measurable results—sales, profitability, and KPI performance—while keeping the sales floor active and customer-first. I lead with clear communication, consistent standards, and a hands-on approach that supports both customers and my team.

In my retail roles, I’ve managed store operations end-to-end: POS transactions, exchanges and refunds, loss prevention, inventory counts, merchandise flow, and reporting that helps improve performance. I also spend the majority of my time engaging customers and coaching employees, while assisting with recruiting, training, and developing store staff.

I bring strong visual and content awareness too—holding VM/Visual Merchandising certification—and I’ve created AI-powered fashion adverts to support product storytelling. Alongside my retail management background, I developed advanced computer literacy across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe tools, and I’ve built my leadership and communication through structured training and participation in a United Nations Model Debate.
