I've progressed through multiple roles at The Foschini Group, from Sales Agent at Markham to Floor Supervisor at G-Star RAW, building hands-on experience in sales, customer service, administration, stock control and daily store operations.

At G-Star RAW, I oversaw sales-floor, administration and stock functions; supported and trained staff; monitored B2C and D2C sales; managed stock transfers, schedules and reporting; and resolved customer escalations while maintaining POPIA, SLA and service standards. I've also supported e-commerce, cashiering, order processing, CRM communication and store openings across Fabiani locations.
