I’m an Administrative Assistant and a business management student at the University of Costa Rica, building my career around data analysis, Power BI, and organizational process management. I’m known for leadership, strong public speaking skills, and a fast learning ability.
In my work, I designed custom Power BI tables with professional statistical formatting for commercial analysis, and I improved operational efficiency by reducing Power BI model refresh time from 10 to 6 minutes. I also developed PowerShell scripts to automate Power BI model refresh and support faster decision-making.
I’ve gone beyond reporting by converting over 2,000 business process documents (PDF) into UML diagrams using draw.io, creating an institutional process map for AI-driven analysis and optimization. I integrated OpenClaw.ai to automatically send reports to sales agents and supervisors via WhatsApp, reducing report delivery time from 20 to 5, while also automating promotional content delivery to clients.
