For a personal project with Tiendas Heros, I identified a branch-to-branch purchasing request process managed mainly by phone calls and structured a project to centralize its information. I defined requirements, fields, priorities, and business rules for the proposed solution.

I implemented a Web → Google Sheets → SQL Server workflow, with generative AI assistance, to register, organize, and process requests from different branches. I also designed the functional structure for items, suppliers, prices, requests, and orders.

I tested and adjusted the workflow, resolved issues, and documented the process, using generative AI to support prototyping and technical implementation. I’ve completed a university bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and am pursuing a licentiate, alongside specialized training in business innovation and artificial intelligence.
