I’m a bilingual professional who supports smooth day-to-day operations through clear communication, customer care, and accurate English–Spanish language support. I’ve worked at the front desk delivering guest services in both languages while keeping daily workflows organized and responsive.

In guest services, I managed reservations with digital calendar systems, guided clients through waiver completion and procedures, and supported calculations like hotel occupancy rates. I also recorded and managed invoices using digital systems, ensuring accurate documentation in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.

I bring interpretation experience as well, providing real-time English–Spanish interpretation in sensitive situations and handling confidential information with care. I’ve facilitated communication between doctors and patients by interpreting medical information accurately and adapting to different patient comprehension levels.
