My path to recruiting runs through operations. I spent 6+ years managing agency operations — overseeing client delivery, designing workflows, and building teams across Customer Success, Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Web Development, and Data Engineering. That experience gave me something most recruiters don't have: a clear view of what high-performing teams actually look like from the inside.
Today, I combine that operational grounding with formal recruiting credentials — including the Corporate Recruiting Professional Certificate (American Staffing Association), Technical Recruiting certification, and Generative AI for Recruiting — to help clients and hiring managers find candidates who don't just look good on paper, but genuinely fit the role and the team.
