What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end technical issue resolution—logs, SQL, and REST APIs—while integrating third-party systems, improving release stability, and documenting clear root-cause fixes with strong teamwork.

I’m a Technical Support / Solutions Engineer with about a year of hands-on experience resolving technical issues end to end across REST APIs, SQL databases, and application logs. I investigate and resolve defects in an enterprise ERP/POS suite using root-cause analysis, then document root causes and resolutions as technical documentation for my team.

I’ve also integrated a third-party tax system (Costa Rica’s Hacienda v4.4), debugging cryptic rejection errors by testing against the official sandbox and communicating fixes to stakeholders. Beyond support, I build backend services with secure multitenant data isolation (JWT, Zod), develop Android features like GPS location tracking, and strengthen release quality through QA with Postman and testing tools such as Jest, Cypress, and JMeter.
