I currently support Ophthalmology Associates in Lincoln by greeting and checking patients in and out, verifying insurance information, updating registrations and demographics, and scheduling appointments around patient and doctor needs.

I also make appointment reminder calls, maintain charts, fax and receive information, prepare patient packets, restock office essentials, and keep the workspace clean. My work is grounded in patient interaction, confidentiality, medical records, and administrative support.

Previously, I handled emails, texts, typing, billing, technology, paperwork, and meeting scheduling for Johnson Pawnee County Emergency Management. I have also supported front-desk operations at Tecumseh Aquatic Center, including answering phones and arranging lessons.

Alongside administrative work, I have extensive catering, hospitality, cleaning, laundry, and customer-service experience from Scotty’s Catering, Colonial Acres of Humboldt, and Maid To Please.
