IT Support Specialist with 8+ years of hands-on experience in technical support, hardware, networking, systems and infrastructure.
My experience includes troubleshooting and maintaining desktops, notebooks, printers and monitors; configuring Windows 7/10/11, Windows Server and Linux; supporting routers, access points, managed switches and Ubiquiti equipment; network cabling and infrastructure; email configuration using IMAP/POP; backup configuration and monitoring; and remote technical support.
I have also worked with network infrastructure projects, on-site technical support and CCTV/DVR systems, including Intelbras and Hikvision solutions.
I am especially interested in remote IT Support, Help Desk, Desktop Support, Technical Support and Network Support roles. I enjoy troubleshooting complex problems, learning new technologies and finding practical solutions that improve reliability and user experience.
I am a continuous learner and actively use modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Lovable to research, solve technical problems, improve productivity and develop projects.
I am open to international full-time and contractor opportunities and available to start immediately.
