As a freelance IT Support and Hardware Technician, I work through technical problems for individual and small-business clients from diagnosis to resolution and user handover. I trace hardware and software issues to their root cause, including boot failures, driver conflicts, and slow performance.
I’ve installed and configured Windows, Linux, and macOS on client devices, and built and configured 200+ custom PCs to fit clients’ budgets and needs. I’m studying for the Cisco CCNA (200-301) and bring professional working English and Italian to remote support for international users.
