What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver clear, empathetic Tier 1 end-user support, follow SLA-focused ticket workflows, and keep improving my troubleshooting and networking skills while working with modern tools.

I’m a Dedicated IT Support Specialist with hands-on training in operating systems, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting. I recently completed the Cisco IT Support Specialist program and hold multiple Cisco credentials, which strengthened my ability to support users with clarity and empathy.

In my training, I practiced de-escalation and learned systems rapidly while following a structured troubleshooting methodology. I support ticketing workflows and apply SLA prioritization to handle Tier 1 helpdesk ticket scenarios effectively, including remote screen support.

I’m also comfortable working across Windows, Linux basics (command line), and macOS, using command-line diagnostics and web debugging practices. From simulated Cisco Packet Tracer labs to networking fundamentals like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs, I bring a practical foundation and a service-first mindset.
