What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and modernize high-impact Android, TV, or mobile products where I can improve production stability, playback and checkout experiences, engineering workflows, and delivery reliability.

I've built Android, Android TV, and Fire TV products for Sephora, FreeCast, PicPay, Fox, and NHL, spanning checkout, streaming, fintech, authentication, and platform infrastructure. My work has supported products used by 100M+ users.

At FreeCast, I led the rewrite of mobile and TV applications using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Coroutines, MVVM/MVI, and Clean Architecture. The modernization raised Crash-Free Users from 60% to 95%, improved performance by approximately 30%, and delivered OTA television capabilities that contributed to a $15M investment round.

At PicPay and StoneCo, I've improved developer workflows through build tooling, CI/CD modernization, quality gates, and automation. I reduced deployment time by 10% at PicPay and by 14% at StoneCo while improving release reliability.

I'm also the founder of Souza Software Solutions, where I work directly with clients from requirements through production deployment. I focus on stable architectures, playback quality, developer productivity, and practical modernization with AI-assisted development tools.
