I’m a results-driven Business Analyst / Management Analyst with an MBA in Strategic Management and deep expertise in data analysis, process improvement, and systems optimization. I help organizations analyze operations, spot inefficiencies, and deliver data-driven solutions that improve performance and reduce costs.

In my System Support Specialist II role, I conducted workflow and systems analysis across multiple departments, analyzed operational data to support strategic decisions, and streamlined digital record processes to reduce manual workload and increase processing speed. I also documented system workflows and technical procedures to strengthen organizational consistency and knowledge transfer.

Earlier in my career, I led and supervised 800+ personnel in the United States Army, managing $1.2M in assets with zero loss while implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and building tracking/reporting systems for better data accuracy and visibility. I bring that same focus on compliance, stakeholder collaboration, and performance under pressure—now as I pursue a remote analyst role.
