At Dotsure.co.za, I built a full-stack marketing application that integrates an AI agent with the Meta Insights API to automate campaign creation and generate performance insights. I also developed a Python machine learning model to optimize advertising spend.
I designed and coded a real-time NLP pipeline for Facebook community moderation. It uses a local model to classify intent and sentiment, then flags negative or spam comments for email escalation while preserving data in a relational database.
At Ingenuity Africa, I developed websites for clients including PokerStars London, Permission Lounge, and Heliot Steak House. I also automated company workflows through Zoho, including an end-to-end factory process for Avanti Spas.
