Jonathan A Wotole

I'm currently supporting Apotoe Trading Partner remotely, promoting palm oil products and responding to customer inquiries, orders, and messages across online channels.

I help customers with product information, pricing, packaging, and delivery arrangements while coordinating accurate, timely shipments. I also maintain records of orders, payments, deliveries, and customer interactions.

My customer experience work includes relationship building with buyers, exporters, wholesalers, and bulk purchasers, following up to encourage satisfaction and repeat business. I contribute to online marketing campaigns, sales opportunities, and stronger customer service operations.

As a Physics Education Intern at Barekese Senior High School, I communicated complex information to groups of up to 43 students, handled inquiries in real time, and kept accurate records. I bring active listening, conflict resolution, documentation, and clear communication to every customer interaction.
