What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote customer service or customer support role where I can use clear communication, reliability, patience, and attention to detail to create excellent customer experiences while continuing to learn.

I've supported customers at Soccabet and Prised Decor, helping with transactions, product enquiries, purchasing decisions, and customer concerns.

At Soccabet, I worked accurately in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, respectful approach. At Prised Decor, I communicated with customers to understand their needs and helped maintain an organized sales environment.

I'm currently studying Medical Counter Assistant training and building knowledge of healthcare and pharmaceutical services. I bring patience, attention to detail, professionalism, and a willingness to learn to remote customer service and support work.
