I'm currently available for B2B or contract engagements. I'm based in Portugal and prefer remote-first work, with availability for hybrid or on-site work when needed.

I’m a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer with more than 21 years of experience in large enterprise environments, including a healthcare provider with 70,000 users and 1,000+ servers, a food manufacturer with 12,000 users, and a publicly traded holding group. I’ve also worked at Microsoft’s R&D Center in Israel.

My core strength is hybrid infrastructure. I work with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange (on-premises and Online) and Active Directory, together with Azure, and I’m a Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert. On the platform side, I’ve run VMware vSphere and Horizon VDI, Citrix DaaS, NetScaler, F5 load balancers and Hyper-V, and managed endpoints with Intune, SCCM and BigFix.

Among the achievements I’m most proud of, I’ve built PowerShell tools that replaced manual audits (licence and activity reporting, file-server permission scanning, cross-vCenter file transfer) and many more for automation and saving time. I also build isolated test labs that mirror production for many different environments, so every change, configuration and proof-of-concept is tested safely before it reaches the live systems. I’m the person colleagues escalate to when an incident needs root cause analysis, and I enjoy making complex environments stable, secure and easier to run.

Security is a strong part of my work. I have many years of hands-on experience in securing enterprise environments, including CrowdStrike Falcon EDR and Identity Protection, Palo Alto firewalls, MFA, role-based access control and system hardening. I also hold a Cyber Security & Ethical Hacking Penetration Tester certification, which strengthens how I design and protect the environments I run.

I’m looking for remote B2B contract engagements where I can take ownership of infrastructure, cloud, identity and security work. I’ve worked with development, support and technical teams around the world, and I’m comfortable joining any team and getting productive quickly.
