I’m a student with hands-on experience in customer service, sales, and hands-on operations. I focus on accuracy, quality control, and helping people quickly understand the right option for their needs.

At ClearWater Express Wash, I support customer membership accounts, ensure the wash is running properly, and help drive retention by making sure customers stay happy with the product. I also contribute to sales growth through membership selling and professional, needs-based guidance.

I work across maintenance and training as well—cleaning and keeping tunnel equipment, vacuums, and producers running, and fixing what breaks. I’ve trained new hires to work safely around machinery and customers, and I’ve helped boost credibility by collecting reviews.

I’m also building experience in sales operations through point-of-sale transactions, cashier duties, inventory checks, and handling returns and complaints professionally. Alongside this, I’m studying computer science and I’m looking to bring my customer-first mindset and practical problem-solving into a role with growth.
