I’m a Customer Service Associate focused on making an impact in everyday life. I’m driven to keep customers satisfied, and I consistently go above and beyond for whatever needs they have.

Across Aramark/UCF Dining Services, McDonald’s, and Wawa, I’ve built strength in cashier work, customer service, and fast-paced support—taking orders, prepping and preparing food, and keeping service moving.

I’ve also taken on training responsibilities, including training all new employees as a Crew Trainer. That experience sharpened my ability to communicate clearly, teach on the job, and maintain high standards.

Now at Wawa (Customer Service Associate), I continue growing by focusing on cleaning and developing learning management skills. I’m continuously looking to progress in any field I’m in and strive to be the best at any task thrown my way.
